Legislative Affairs Committee

Members of CREDA SoCal’s Legislative Affairs Committee and related subcommittees actively work to shape the laws, policies and regulations affecting the commercial real estate industry in Southern California.

Members of this committee shape CREDA's government affairs advocacy efforts. They draft legislation, provide input on economic, environmental and land use regulations, and meet with key decision-makers at all levels of the local, state and federal government to advance the industry's agenda. Members are often invited to represent CREDA SoCal in meetings with elected officials and serve on regulatory working groups.

Meetings are held on a monthly basis and agendas are based on member input.
